Painting helps expresses my love of nature, color and belief in the Creator. My oil paintings are my way of concentrating on the wonder of creation. Nature and color washes away the striving and stresses of life for me. With each stroke capturing the lines, colors, texture of the plant. It is inspiring and causes my spirit to ponder the details. All those details started in a seed. One seed carries so much beauty and life. Plants go through many transformations before flowering or bearing fruit. It is such a metaphor for what we as humans need to embrace to grow.
