Lynda Sauls has worked in art galleries, framing shops, created murals for a local school and pursued faux finishing. In her fifties she started pouring
herself into painting and is mostly a self taught artist. Lynda works in watercolors, acrylic and oils. Originally from upstate New York, but now resides in South Florida, where lush, tropical landscapes surround her. She feels it's the perfect setting for inspiration and loves how color and nature can transport one into a sense of harmony. Lynda says, "I find with each stroke of brilliant colors brushed on the canvas I grow in awe at the marvelous beauty of nature and our Creator which brings me joy and peace. I hope that as you view my paintings that you too can experience this."
Lynda has created what she calls Visual Reminder Bible Studies. One was a six week study called " A New Thing ", another was using "Secrets of the Vine for Women" by Darlene Marie Wilkinson in conjunction with her painting "The Vine".
She has displayed her works in the Boca Mall, The Weston Country Club, The Art Institute of Weston, The Weston Regional Library, the Coral Springs Museum of Art, The Glass Gallery, Studio 18, Gallery 1310 and the Ft. Lauderdale Home Show May 2016.
